We wrote this song to celebrate the beauty and glory of the Word of God. By His Word He created the universe (Hebrews 11:2). Everything we know has found its beginning in the power of God’s Word, and it is currently only held together by “the Word of His power” (Hebrews 1:3).

Throughout history, He has spoken through the prophets. Now He has spoken through Jesus (Hebrews 1:1), Who is the very Word of God (John 1:1).

The Word of God is our life and hope. Only by abiding in His Word can we truly be His disciples and walk in freedom (John 8:31-32). The Word of God provides the light we need to walk and live in this dark world (John 8:12).

Our prayer is that this song would help you better appreciate and enjoy the Word of God.
