Gary Wright
Gary surrendered to full time ministry as a teenager. He preached his first sermon at the age of seventeen for his home church, the First Baptist Church of Trussville, Alabama. Later that year, FBC Trussville licensed Gary to the Gospel ministry.
Gary began to travel to various churches preaching and leading worship. Once his itinerant ministry began to grow and it was clear to his church family that the Lord’s hand was upon it, they chose to take the next step and ordain Gary to the Gospel Ministry in 1995.
Gary has been in Christian ministry over thirty years. He has a passion for the local church — helping God’s people become fully devoted followers of Christ and boldy proclaim and live out the Gospel. He has a special heartbeat and passion to help hurting churches.
He has a diverse experience in ministry having traveled itinerantly — speaking and leading worship for churches, conferences, and retreats all over the country — and spending two decades in pastoral leadership in a variety of churches, from large contemporary, to church plants, home churches, and traditional churches. In addition, Gary has nearly a decade of experience as an executive in the corporate world.
